Witnesses claim Gavenonis made threats while at Penn State’s transportation office, attempting to procure a parking pass.
His actions, reportedly coupled with a threatening gun-racking gesture, led to immediate police involvement.
Accusations against Gavenonis include expressing a violent intent towards Trump, captured in his remark, “Frankly, I hope somebody would get him.”
