(FreePressBeacon.com) – As Joe Biden’s defeats know no end, in a new one, his judicial nomination to the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Adeel Mangi, was withdrawn by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer amid opposition from several Democrats.

With the deal struck with Republicans, the withdrawal opens opportunities for conservative judges under the new administration.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer backed off from confirming Biden’s judicial nominee, Adeel Mangi, due to stiff opposition from within his party.
Democrats, including Senators Catherine Cortez Masto, Jacky Rosen, and Joe Manchin, opposed Mangi’s nomination over concerns of his radical affiliations.
Allegations that Mangi supported groups antagonistic towards law enforcement fueled his nomination’s failure, reports The Washington Free Beacon.
The controversy stems from Mangi’s association with the Rutgers Center for Security, Race, and Rights, accused of anti-Israel rhetoric, and the Alliance of Families for Justice, which supports individuals who kill police officers.
“Mr. Mangi’s affiliation with the Alliance of Families for Justice is deeply concerning,” stated Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto.
“Democrats have finally acknowledged the reality Senator Graham has been talking about for months. Adeel Mangi is simply too radical to be confirmed to a lifetime seat on the bench,” commented Emily Flower, a spokesperson for Senate Judiciary Committee Republicans.
This profound acknowledgment underscores the deep-seated unease about Mangi’s potential influence on the judiciary.
The deal brokered by Schumer involved sacrificing four circuit nominees, including Mangi, to confirm a dozen Biden district court nominees.
This trade-off hints at a strategic move to expedite pending confirmations, tacitly admitting some nominees lacked essential support.
“The trade was four circuit nominees—all lacking the votes to get confirmed—for more than triple the number of additional judges moving forward,” said a Schumer spokesman.
The backlash against Mangi echoes broader sentiments against the unchecked radicalism creeping into federal nominees.
Assertions by law enforcement groups, including the Pennsylvania Fraternal Order of Police, vocalized staunch opposition, highlighting that someone affiliated with organizations justifying terrorism and violence against police would not serve judiciously on a federal bench.
Looking forward, the withdrawal allows for the hopeful appointment of judges who respect constitutional values.
With the incoming administration, there is an opportunity to reclaim appellate courts with conservative justices unwavering and loyal to the principles of law and order, a sentiment cherished by American patriots.
President Biden’s 3rd Circuit nominee, Adeel Mangi is tied to

2. An anti-Israel think tank, @RUCSRR
3. At least two people who led groups linked to Hamas-tied organizations

Adeel Mangi’s nomination to be a federal judge is an insult to every brave law enforcement officer in the country.
If the Biden White House had any sense of decency, it would withdraw this nomination.
