Biden’s Decision INFURIATES Kremlin

(FreePressBeacon.com) – In an heightened escalation of global tensions, lame-duck President Joe Biden has allowed Ukraine to use long-range missiles against Russia, prompting heated reactions from the Kremlin.

This decision signals a significant escalation in U.S. involvement and raises fears of a wider conflict.

The Kremlin has accused President Biden of escalating the Ukraine war by permitting Ukraine to strike inside Russian territory with U.S.-supplied Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS).

This approval allows Ukraine to launch attacks up to 300 kilometers into Russia, a capability they have long requested.

Russian officials perceive this move as a direct involvement of the U.S. in the ongoing conflict, potentially leading to broader military engagements between global powers.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov emphasized that this decision marks a new phase of tension and positions the United States closer to direct involvement in the Ukraine conflict.

It seems President Biden is willing to test the limits of the U.S.-Russian relations, despite the potential for increased international tensions and destabilization.

This could plunge the world into a new era of conflict, as Russian legislators have warned of the risk of triggering a third world war.

“If such a decision was indeed formulated and brought to the Kyiv regime, then this is a qualitatively new round of tension and a qualitatively new situation from the point of view of US involvement in this conflict,” Peskov said, cited by Dnyuz.

On the other hand, Ukraine’s President Zelensky welcomes the decision, hoping it will bolster Ukraine’s ability to retaliate against Russian aggressions, especially during the harsh winter months.

This policy shift reflects ongoing lobbying efforts by Kyiv, which wants to use American weapons technology to preemptively target Russian military installations and solidify defense infrastructure.

Zelensky asserts, “the rockets will speak for themselves,” underscoring his focus on impactful actions over mere diplomatic rhetoric.

Experts worldwide are divided over whether this decision will shift the balance of power on the battlefield or merely underscore existing hostilities.

While some argue it empowers Ukraine to defend against Russian missile and drone attacks, others, like a high-ranking French military official, note it doesn’t change the underlying dynamics of an “industrial war” rooted in weapon production and supply chains.

“Today, many in the media are talking about the fact that we have received permission to take appropriate actions,” Zelensky said in his nightly address.

“But blows are not inflicted with words. Such things are not announced. The rockets will speak for themselves,” he added.
