In an unexpected move, President Donald Trump has set his sights on Fox News, accusing the network of bias and faulty polling practices.

His sharp critique comes after a recent Fox News poll reported a mixed approval rating for his border security and immigration policies.

Trump, a staunch critic of mainstream media, is demanding accountability from the network’s pollsters who he claims consistently report inaccuracies about his popularity.

Trump took to Truth Social to air his grievances, describing Fox’s pollsters as “always wrong and negative.”

His dissatisfaction stems from a Fox News survey showing a 53% approval for his border security efforts, yet only 46% for his broader immigration policies.

Trump insists these figures do not reflect his true popularity or the success of his initiatives.

He has labeled Fox News as “crooked,” expressing frustration for what he perceives as deliberate misrepresentation.

Fox News’ recent poll indicated a broader disapproval of Trump’s job performance, with an eight-point negative margin.

This comes alongside voter concerns over economic issues such as inflation, on which Trump’s approval rating stands 30 points underwater.

The poll also reported that a majority disapprove of Trump’s handling of foreign policy and diplomacy, especially in light of controversies surrounding figures like ICE and failed Iran discussions.

Despite these figures, Trump argues that Fox News is using “discredited” pollsters who skew results to portray him unfavorably.

“I hate FAKE pollsters, one of the Worst, but Fox will never change their discredited pollster!” Trump exclaimed in his rebuke, emphasizing his belief that the network fails to reflect his achievements and the support he garners from the MAGA movement.

Trump’s dissatisfaction extends beyond polling issues. He also rejected claims by the Wall Street Journal that he authorized an attack plan on Iran.

Instead, Trump has warned Iran of grave consequences should they target U.S. personnel, showcasing his administration’s tough stance on foreign threats.

This contrasts sharply with opinions among both Republicans and Democrats, who often criticize Trump’s diplomatic strategy.

The former president’s ongoing feud with media outlets such as Fox is nothing new.

Trump has a history of challenging media narratives he views as adverse.

His claims of “negative criminals” operating within polling agencies reflect his broader distrust of organizations he believes aim to undermine his influence and target his administration unfairly.

“The Crooked FoxNews Polls got the Election WRONG, I won by much more than they said I would, and have been biased against me for years,” the president wrote.

Trump’s uncompromising stance resonates with many in the MAGA movement who feel their concerns and triumphs are misrepresented by mainstream channels.
