Judge Rules Trump Is ‘Unfaithful to the Founding Fathers’

Gavel in front of Donald Trump's face on screen.

Claiming it would be unfaithful to the Founding Fathers, a liberal activist judge has struck down President Trump’s executive order targeting a law firm with deep Democrat ties.

Federal Judge Richard Leon overturned the order against WilmerHale, the firm that employed Trump’s political nemesis Robert Mueller.

This marks the latest in a troubling series of judicial roadblocks to the President’s America First agenda.

Judge Leon’s ruling permanently blocks President Trump’s executive order suspending security clearances for WilmerHale employees and canceling federal contracts with the firm.

The judge deemed the order unconstitutional, citing alleged violations of the principles of the First, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments and separation of powers.

WilmerHale found itself in Trump’s crosshairs due to its connection with Robert Mueller, who led the years-long investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election that patriots widely view as a politically motivated witch hunt.

The firm sued the administration, claiming the order represented an “unprecedented assault” on the judicial system.

Judge Leon’s 73-page opinion contained a remarkable 27 exclamation points and even included a bizarre metaphor comparing the order to a gumbo.

The judge wrote with undisguised hostility toward the Trump administration’s position, stating:

“For the reasons set forth below, I have concluded that this order must be struck down in its entirety as unconstitutional,” Leon wrote.

“Indeed, to rule otherwise would be unfaithful to the judgment and vision of the Founding Fathers!” he claimed.

This ruling is just one example of the judicial activism plaguing Trump’s second term. Federal judges have consistently obstructed his agenda on multiple fronts, from immigration enforcement to economic initiatives.

In the previous days, U.S. District Court Judge Lewis Liman issued a temporary restraining order against the administration’s efforts to eliminate New York City’s congestion pricing program.

In Massachusetts, U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy rejected Trump’s request to amend a decision requiring the return of deported aliens for due process.

Murphy is overseeing a class-action lawsuit challenging deportations to third countries like South Sudan and El Salvador—part of Trump’s effort to secure the southern border that activist judges have repeatedly hampered.

The WilmerHale case is not isolated. District Judge John Bates recently blocked a similar order against another law firm, Jenner Block.

At the same time, a case against Trump’s order targeting Susman Godfrey remains pending. Each ruling chips away at the President’s authority to implement his agenda.

In addition, Judge Leon and other activist judges fail to recognize that these law firms are not neutral actors. They have aligned themselves with Democrat officials and causes openly opposed to Trump’s America First agenda.

The executive order targeted firms that the administration believes have undermined justice and national security—a legitimate concern for patriots worried about the weaponization of the legal system against conservative values.

The White House has not yet commented on the ruling, but Trump supporters are growing increasingly frustrated with judicial obstruction of the President’s legitimate executive authority.

The Founding Fathers never intended for unelected judges to have this much power over a duly elected president’s ability to govern according to the will of the people who elected him.
